Running a team creates a simple question that can be surprisingly difficult to answer: where is the work going?
The starting point
TrackDay grew from the operational needs of my own team. Work logs and project reporting needed a shared place, with enough structure to make progress easier to review.
What I built
I built an internal tool around daily work reporting, time logs, teams and project visibility. Designing for a workflow I use lets the practical details shape the product.
In practice
I use TrackDay with my employees. This preview is the public product presentation, not a disclosure of employee records. No customer numbers or performance outcomes are claimed here.
