OXXYZ Spaces.
Walk through a home before it is built.
Explore the showcase
What if a buyer could walk through a home months before the first stone is laid? OXXYZ Spaces is that idea, shown through Jaali Residences: nine storeys of rose sandstone and bronze jaali in Jaipur, imagined for this showcase.
The starting point
Homes are still sold from brochures, floor plans and a show flat. I wanted the building itself to be the brochure: the stone, the light, the view from the terrace, the way one room opens into the next. Because Jaali Residences is imagined, every part of it could be designed for the showcase, from a gate that opens onto a lantern-lit court to a private club beneath it.
What I built
I designed the building, its homes and the website as one piece. You arrive at the gate in the light of the hour you choose. The explorer lifts the floors apart, so any level can be seen from above beside its plan. The Terrace Residence on Level 05 is furnished: step inside, walk from room to room, turn all the way round in each, slide the bronze screen open and watch the light move from morning to evening. Below the court, the club holds a lap pool, a spa and a theatre where a film is already playing.
In practice
A live concept, open in the browser on a desktop or a phone. Every picture on it, and every room you walk into, is the same building: no stock photography, no retouching. Nothing on it is for sale. Jaali Residences exists for this showcase, and the same experience can be shaped around a real development.
